    With over 30 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry including previous positions at the Calgary Stampede and Travel Alberta, Cassandra leads the Event Services Team at Tourism Calgary.  Cassandra and her team support congress organizers while they plan and promote their congress by providing an extensive range of event services to assist in delivering an impactful and memorable congress and visit to Calgary.

    Fraser leads the Champions Program at Tourism Calgary identifying and supporting thought leaders to host major international conferences in Calgary.

    Originally from Alberta, Kyla is Tourism Calgary’s Director based in Washington, DC. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary & has held leadership positions in Canada & the USA including Hyatt Vancouver, Hyatt Calgary, Hilton Washington/Capital Hilton, Waldorf=Astoria/Hilton Bonnet Creek Orlando, Travel Alberta & Destination Canada.

    Teri Doyle, Senior Conference Manager with Venue West Conference Services, has an extensive background in providing exceptional experiences for Fortune 500 Companies, Associations and Corporations over the past 15 years. Equally skilled in developing and managing budgets from $25,000 up to $7M, Teri’s love of creating memorable experiences is what gets her going every day. She has managed sales conferences with up to 10,000 delegates in the HVAC sales industry, as well as international conferences with up to 7,000 delegates in the aerospace industry. Teri brings her logistical expertise to the committee to ensure all the details are taken care of to ensure a successful bid in Busan.
